We were looking for ERP software that supports our growing retail operations both inside Turkey and abroad as well as our multinational structure, software that lets us follow our productivity increase efforts on our supply chain using a single platform. Also, the software should contribute to our learning organization by business intelligence (QlikView) applications. We observed the developments of Nebim V3 in this process. On various seminars and meetings, we formed the opinion that Nebim V3 has the specifications we are looking for. Another reason for choosing Nebim V3 was that we foresaw that the problems during the ERP transition phase and the needs for customizing would be minimal.
Can you please tell us the story behind the brand Silk & Cashmere?
Silk and Cashmere was founded in 1992 with passion and a spirit of entrepreneurship. Worldwide, it is the first and only brand specializing solely on pure cashmere, pure silk and their mixtures. The production site is Inner Mongolia, which is the homeland of cashmere. Only certified cashmere and silk of the highest quality are used. We have around 200 sales points in 26 countries. At the same time, we have the biggest cashmere collection worldwide. Our collection is based on universal inspiration sources and includes menswear, womenswear, accessories, home textiles and baby clothing products. Furthermore, Silk and Cashmere is one of the very first brands that comes into mind when it comes to presents. Our brand has received many awards on entrepreneurship and brand success, the latest one being the French award on "The Best Foreign Initiative". The brand story is also subject of many lectures at universities and lots of theses have been written about it.
Please tell us about your reasons for preferring Nebim V3.

What kind of changes in your business processes have occurred since you have started using Nebim V3 ERP?
We can follow all our stores abroad online thanks to Nebim V3's local language and currency support. Thanks to Nebim's business intelligence (QlikView) application, we can perform dynamic analysis and make quick decisions. The joy of mobile shopping experienced by our customers is also important for us. We had a dream about the mobile EFT POS device in May 2014 with Nebim. With the new generation cash register Hugin VX 675, we have prevented sales losses resulting from long queues at cash registers on Black Fridays. The latest sales campaign between 26 May - 31 May was "Buy any one product of the season and get the second one free". We performed our sales with Hugin VX 675 mobile EFT POS device in a very fast manner, giving the customers cash register receipts. The campaigns prepared on Nebim V3 are instantly applied during the sales, while the credit card payment information reaches Nebim V3 immediately via Hugin EFT POS device. Therefore, sales losses due to long queues are prevented and all payment information and the cash register receipts are instantly integrated into Nebim V3.
Please tell us about your future targets at Silk and Cashmere and also about your targets relating to Nebim?
We will continue our progress of the past three years regarding retail stores. We will remain a brand of innovation with our technological infrastructure and together with our team with their high commitment to the brand. Opening new retail stores and new points of sale will pave our way to a worldwide brand. Our targets relating to Nebim concern creating a more efficient ERP infrastructure to access information. The cooperation with Hugin is a first in the industry, we had a dream and together we made it real. Supply chain integration, B2B and B2C applications projects and business intelligence projects where our team members using Nebim V3 make their contributions willingly, all of these will continue with the support of Jef Sisa and his team. We are looking forward to the day when we will be obtaining full efficiency from the business intelligence application. Moreover, we are planning to implement the e-archive with Nebim V3 solutions.
