Set up your production plan and determine which products are going to be produced in which workshop and at what time. Monitor the fulfillment in the contract workshops and production lines according to the production plan.
The production routes for the production work orders can be defined by work order. Different production trees can be created according to different production types. According to the routes, planning based on work stations is possible.
On the screen for work order station planning, work orders can be planned based on departments and stations. When station planning is set up, products can be divided into separate stations if so required. The prices for contract workmanship can be given per workstation and the contracts regarding workstations can be prepared with the program.
Reports can be obtained on the comparison between planned and actual production results. The actual production figures and the delay days can be calculated according to planned workstation and planned date.
